    We ship all orders via UPS Next-Day Ground to ensure your pies remain in a strict cold-chain environment. Every bundle is packed in our "Thermal Vault"—a heavy-duty corrugated box with 1" of high-performance insulation and industrial-grade gel packs and/or dry ice depending on availability.

    How many pies can be shipped at once?

    We use a standard 12”x12”x12” box (10”x10”x10” internally)which can fit up to 9 pies. If you need a smaller or larger order shipped, please get in touch with Mission Control to inquire about customized shipping options.

    Where do you ship?

    We currently offer State-Wide shipping across Washington. Whether you’re in the heart of Seattle, the orchards of Walla Walla, or the rainy coast of Bellingham, we’ll get the "Shatter" to your porch.

    When will my order ship?

    To protect the integrity of the pies and avoid having them sit in a UPS warehouse over the weekend, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. *

    • You will receive a UPS Tracking Number the moment your pies leave our SODO kitchen.

    Do I need to be home to sign for the delivery?

    No. UPS is authorized to leave the package at your door without a signature. However, because these are perishable artisan goods, you should move them to your freezer as soon as possible on the day of delivery.

    What if my pies arrive and they aren't "rock hard"?

    Don't panic. Our 1" thermal insulation is designed to keep the pies at "refrigerator cold" or better. As long as the pies are cold to the touch (below 40°F), they are perfectly safe to move into your freezer. If they arrive warm, take a photo and contact Mission Control immediately.

    Can I pick up my order in person?

    Yes. If you’re a local, you can skip the UPS fees and choose "SODO Kitchen Pickup" at checkout. Please note that we are a working production facility—pickups are by appointment only to ensure your order is pulled from the freezer at the exact moment you arrive.

  • At this stage, we are not yet formally certified by a third-party Halal agency, but we hold our kitchen to the highest standards of Integrity and Transparency. We know that for our Halal community, the "how" is just as important as the "what." Here is exactly how we ensure the integrity of your meal:

    • Sourcing Excellence: We exclusively use Halal-certified Chicken and Lamb. We are also in the final stages of transitioning our beef supply to 100% Grass-Fed, Halal-certified Beef.

While we use high-quality gluten-free ingredients and recipes, we operate in a shared artisan commissary kitchen. Because we share space and equipment with other food creators, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.

    • Our Recommendation: If you are Celiac or have a severe, life-threatening gluten allergy, we strongly recommend you do not order our pies at this time. Your safety is more important than a sale.
