What Are The Terms of Your Pot Pie Subscriptions?

 

Pot Pie Factory Monthly Pot Pie Subscriptions

 

By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature (plus shipping/handling fees) and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Pot Pie Subscriptions and any pre-paid fees are non-refundable. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods, up to 6 months, at the then-current subscription rate. To cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, you must email us at least two weeks prior to your next recurring payment due date, at subscriptions@potpiefactory.co. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term.

 

Pot Pie Factory may submit periodic charges for your subscription, shipping + handling fees (e.g., monthly) without further authorization from you until you provide prior emailed notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before Pot Pie Factory reasonably could act. If a subscription product arrives damaged due to weather or other issues occurred during shipping, we will re-ship a replacement order at the next available ship date at no charge. Pot Pie Factory, Inc. reserves the right to revoke your subscription at any time as a result of a violation of these Terms.

 

Membership is void where prohibited by law.
