From Manhattan Private Chef to Your Family Kitchen.

How a CIA-trained chef and mother of two reinvented the world’s most iconic comfort food.

Chef Logan Niles doesn’t just cook; she builds tables. Trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, NY, Logan spent a decade in the high-pressure world of Manhattan private dining, crafting upscale menus for New York City’s most discerning palates as the founder of Blue Nile Catering.

The Mission: Gourmet Quality at the Speed of Life As a professional chef and a mother, Logan experienced the "Dinner-Time Paradox" firsthand: the deep desire to nourish her family with high-quality, whole foods, butting heads with the reality of a grueling schedule.

She saw that the "comfort food" in the frozen aisle was a shadow of the real thing—filled with preservatives and lacking soul. She knew there was a better way.

The Birth of the Pot Pie Factory In 2016, Logan began crafting artisan pot pies with a simple goal: to put the nourishing power of a chef-prepared meal into a format that any busy family could enjoy. What started as a local passion project quickly evolved.

By 2017, the Pot Pie Factory was officially born. Logan took her 20+ years of elite catering experience and consulting expertise and channeled it into a single, hand-crafted masterpiece.

A Seat at the Table for Everyone Today, Logan’s vision has expanded beyond just "chicken and crust." Drawing on her consulting background and her commitment to her community, she has mastered the art of the Gluten-Free, Halal, and Vegan pot pies.

She hasn't just built a business; she’s created a way for communities to eat together again, without anyone being left off the menu.

"Logan hasn’t just built a business; she’s created a way for communities to eat together again, regardless of their dietary journey or cultural background. To her, the 'Melting Pot' isn't just a metaphor for America—it’s the blueprint for her kitchen."

“I’m deeply invested in taking this American classic and adding in the international and cultural flavors that make this great nation a true ‘Melting Pot’. At the end of the day, we all have so much in common when it comes to our food, our lives, our loves, and our collective dreams.”
