For the first time, we're offering a vegan version of our very popular Thanksgiving Dinner Pot Pie. This layered pie is an absolute treat. Have it all month or save it for Thanksgiving day, either way, you'll love it. Our scratch cranberry sauce forms the bottom layer, followed by delicious vegan mashed potatoes made from real potatoes, topped with a rich layer of vegan "turkey" stew made with sweet potatoes, mushrooms, onions, carrots, celery, and our high-protein, seitan loaf in a silky vegetable gravy. Our usual vegan crust is given a light dusting of sage.
Vegan "Turkey" Loaf: organic tofu, vital wheat gluten, avocado oil, miso paste, barley malt, vinegar, coconut aminos, garlic, salt, spices.
Vegan mashed potatoes: potatoes, vegan "butter", oat milk, potato starch, herbs, and spices.
Vegan Crust Ingredients: White Flour, Coconut-olive Oil Blend, Water, Salt, Sage
Homemade Cranberry Sauce: fresh cranberries, sugar, water, clove, and cinnamon.
All of our pies are fully cooked, flash-frozen, and easy to reheat and eat!
Due to the vital wheat gluten in our vegan turkey loaf, we cannot offer a vegan and gluten-free version of this item.
